Ingredients
- 200 grams fresh tuna steak
- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 50 grams cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 tablespoon capers
Cooking instructions
- Prepare Tuna — Finely dice the fresh tuna steak into small cubes and place in a bowl.
- Make Lemon Herb Cream — In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, lemon juice, chopped fresh dill, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Prepare Cucumber Rounds — Wash the cucumber and slice into 1 cm thick rounds. Lightly salt and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
- Assemble Bites — Place a small spoonful of the lemon herb cream on each cucumber slice. Top with a few cubes of diced tuna.
- Garnish and Serve — Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the tuna, sprinkle with capers, and add a small fresh dill sprig for garnish. Serve immediately.
