Ingredients
- 2 pieces lavash
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 150 grams mozzarella cheese
- 50 grams parmesan cheese
- 15 grams fresh parsley
- 15 grams fresh dill
- 2 pieces garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Cooking instructions
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Herbs — Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Finely chop fresh parsley and dill. Mince the garlic cloves.
- Make Cheese Mixture — In a bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated parmesan, chopped herbs, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until creamy and uniform.
- Prepare Lavash Layers — Brush one side of each lavash piece lightly with olive oil. Cut lavash sheets into manageable sizes fitting your baking dish.
- Assemble the Bake — In a greased baking dish, layer lavash pieces with the cheese and herb mixture spread evenly between layers, starting and ending with lavash.
- Bake — Place the assembled bake in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and the top is golden.
- Rest and Serve — Remove from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm as a delightful main dish.
