Ingredients
- 200 grams fresh salmon fillet
- 1 medium cucumber
- 30 grams red onion
- 10 grams capers
- 5 grams fresh dill
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml olive oil
- to taste sea salt
- to taste black pepper
Cooking instructions
- Prepare salmon — Finely dice the fresh salmon fillet into small cubes and place in a medium bowl.
- Chop aromatics — Finely chop the red onion, capers, and fresh dill, then add to the bowl with the salmon.
- Mix tartare — Add lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper to the salmon mixture. Gently mix until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Slice cucumber — Wash and dry the cucumber. Slice it into 1 cm thick rounds and lay them out on a serving platter.
- Assemble appetizers — Spoon a generous amount of the salmon tartare mixture onto each cucumber round, gently pressing to stabilize.
- Serve chilled — Keep the assembled tartare cucumber rounds chilled until ready to serve for best freshness and flavor.
