Ingredients

  • 6 pieces eggs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons green onions
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Cooking instructions

  1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Muffin Tin — Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Mix Egg Base — In a large bowl, crack the eggs and whisk gently. Add soy sauce, black pepper, and sesame oil, and mix until combined.
  3. Add Green Onions — Chop the green onions finely and stir them into the egg mixture evenly.
  4. Pour Mixture into Muffin Cups — Evenly pour the egg mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
  5. Bake Until Set — Place the tin in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the egg muffins are fully set and just starting to turn golden on top.
  6. Cool and Serve — Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before gently removing from the tin. Serve warm.
