Ingredients
- 2 pieces hake fillets
- 1 large tomato
- 3 pieces garlic cloves
- 0.5 pieces bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoons fresh parsley
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
- 2 sheets parchment paper
Cooking instructions
- Prepare vegetables — Slice the tomato into thin rounds, finely chop the garlic, and cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
- Prepare parchment packets — Cut two large parchment paper sheets (about 12x12 inches). On each sheet, arrange half the tomato slices, bell pepper strips, and garlic in the center.
- Season and add fish — Place one hake fillet over the vegetables on each parchment sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and sprinkle salt, black pepper, and fresh parsley evenly.
- Seal packets — Fold the parchment over the fish and vegetables and crimp the edges tightly to seal the packets completely.
- Bake — Place the packets on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes until the hake is cooked through and tender.
- Serve — Carefully open the parchment packets and transfer the fish with vegetables onto plates. Serve immediately.
