- 50 grams parmesan
- 30 grams butter
- 200 milliliters heavy cream
- 320 grams pasta
- 2 cloves garlic

Cooking instructions
- Cook the pasta — Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the bacon and garlic — While pasta cooks, dice the bacon. Mince the garlic cloves. In a large skillet, melt half the butter over medium heat and add the bacon. Cook until crispy, then add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Make the creamy sauce — Pour in the heavy cream into the skillet with bacon and garlic. Stir to combine and bring to a gentle simmer. Then add the remaining butter and stir until melted.
- Add cheese and season — Add the grated parmesan and cheese to the skillet, stirring continuously until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Combine pasta and sauce — Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sauce. Toss gently to coat the pasta evenly with the creamy bacon parmesan sauce.
- Serve — Transfer to serving plates and garnish with chopped fresh parsley and extra parmesan if desired. Serve warm and enjoy.
